Performance Degradation

Abnormal Appearance
Ⅰ.Swelling/Deformation
Battery swelling and deformation are a relatively common and dangerous abnormal phenomena in lithium polymer batteries. When the chemical reactions inside the battery become unbalanced and gas accumulates, it causes the battery casing to expand and swell. A swelling battery not only suffers serious performance damage but also poses safety hazards such as spontaneous combustion and explosion. Once swelling is detected, the battery should be replaced immediately.
Ⅱ.Cracked Case or Leakage
The battery case is cracked, or transparent/colored liquid (electrolyte) leaks out. Electrolyte is corrosive and may cause hazards if it contacts skin or circuits.
Ⅲ.Excessive Heating
The battery becomes extremely hot during charging or use, accompanied by an unusual odor. This may signal an internal short circuit and requires urgent action.
Reaching the Upper Limit of Cycles Life
If the battery is used frequently every day, resulting in a large number of charge - discharge cycles, lipo battery lifespan will shorten relatively quickly.
Compatibility Issues
The battery is incompatible with the device (e.g., wrong model, damaged interface), preventing charging or recognition. Replace it with an original or certified compatible battery.
