What is lipo battery c rating​ ?

The C rating, also known as the discharge rate, of a lipo battery is a measure of how much current it can supply. It is expressed as a multiple of the battery's capacity, which is represented by the letter "C". In essence, it indicates how rapidly the battery can release its stored energy.

For example, a 1C rating means the battery can discharge its entire capacity in one hour. So, if you have a 12v lipo battery 2000mah with a 1C rating, it can supply 2 amps of current continuously for one hour. A 2C rating implies the battery can discharge twice its capacity in one hour. For that same 2000mAh battery, at a 2C rating, it can supply 4 amps of current continuously for one hour.
