Lithium Battery PACK

Battery PACK generally refers to assembled batteries, mainly refer to the processing and assembly of lithium battery packs. It mainly combines battery cell, battery protection boards, nickel sheet ,insulating tapes,terminal leads and so on through the battery PACK process to form the products required by customers.

Currently, battery PACK is mainly concentrated in lithium battery PACK factories, which all have their own PACK structural design, PACK electronic design and PACK production workshops. They can carry out independent development and design according to the needs of customers. After confirming the customized needs of customers for PACK lithium batteries through battery solutions, battery specification sheets and battery samples, the PACK production lines in the PACK workshops will conduct production and processing. The products will be shipped after passing the quality inspection.

Lithium Battery Cells: The core part of the finished battery.

Protection Board: It functions to provide intelligent protection against overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent, short circuit, NTC temperature control and so on.

Plastic Case: It serves as the supporting framework for the entire battery; it is used for positioning and fixing the protection board; and it carries all other non-casing components and restricts their positions.

Terminal Leads: They can provide various terminal wire charging and discharging interfaces for use in various electronic products, energy storage products and backup power supplies.

Nickel Sheets/Supports: Components for connecting and fixing battery cells.
