Q: What's inner voltage testing?
A: Lithium ion battery pack inner voltage testing standard is UL.
Simulate the battery at the altitude of 15240m to see if it will leak liquid or puff.
Progress: Charge the battery at 1C untill the voltage reaches 4.2V ,cut off current is 10mA, then put it into a low pressure box wtih 11.6Kpa air pressure and temperature of 20±3 centigrades for 6 hours, the battery won't explode, get on fire , leakage or crack.
