Q: Will it affect the capacity if the 18650 battery cell is with PCM protection?
A: No , it won't affect the capacity when the 18650 battery cell is with PCM protection. LIthium ion battery short circuit protection time is about 300uS,just like connecting a big capacitance and being changed for one time.
